We want you to be completely obsessed with your Valfré gear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for proof of shipment.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
